Absolutely rubbish. Bought to track mum with Dementia not accurate ever No 're scan or te set to try to relocate A9
The app doesn't allow you to reset password. I enter ID and contact number used for the device but it keeps saying incorrect
I forget my ID what can I do I know the password and my wach is working well but I can't login the app to change the numpers Please help me

Not good. Doesn't refresh as it says on screen. Should be more options for updating. I.e. 30 mins.

Can't reset my password. Error message is not obvious when resetting a password. Unclear which Contact number should be added on the Reset password screen.
Like all other facing issue in tracking device as it shows too far location and strange to see no reply on any review from company end. The only benefit i got from device is audio i can hear where the device is.
Tracks phone, but not tracker most of the time.i regret getting it as idont no where my dog is when he away.
